We are seeking a Temporary Call Center Agent to join our team for the Mother's Day holiday! +
All candidates must be available to work 8 AM - 5 PM May 3rd - May 13th
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Place orders for customers seeking delivery or pick up of floral products
- Handle customer inquiries regarding floral products
- Provide information about the products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
