Light Assembly 3rd shift

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions has partnered with a growing manufacturing facility located in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. We are currently seeking employees who are looking for long-term work.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent education and/or experience required to understand work instruction sheets and perform work.

Language Skills: The Associate must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. They should also be able to write simple correspondence and have the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; use hands to repetitively finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The Associate is occasionally required to walk, bend, twist, and reach with hands and arms. The Associate is occasionally required to climb steps, balance, or sit. The Associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
