This is a W-9 opportunity as an on-call cleaning technician. Cleaning projects are assigned 24 hours in advance and require confirmation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough and high-quality cleaning services in both residential and commercial spaces according to company standards
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and all living areas.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
