Seeking a dynamic and reliable  Salad Bar Associate! 

Job Summary:

• Work part-time shifts on weekends and weekdays, assisting with salad bar operations.
• Responsibilities include cutting fruit, assembling trays, and preparing salads for the salad counter.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, thriving in a fast-paced setting.
• Adhere strictly to Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety guidelines, corporate policies, and other relevant initiatives.
• Manage produce inventory, including ordering, receiving, prepping, and merchandising, in line with company inventory control procedures.
• Deliver superior customer service, ensuring customer needs are met and actively promoting featured products to enhance store sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the back shop and retail floor, in accordance with company requirements.
• Prepare customer produce orders as necessary and manage department shrinkage.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Possess above-average communication skills, both oral and written.
• Capable of lifting up to 20lbs, standing for extended periods, and performing physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching.
