Project Manager - Full-time

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager, to join our Higher Education San Antonio team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high quality construction documents per PBK Standards. You will participate in all phases of the project, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. You will be responsible for the performance of the production team, and you will work closely with the Project Architect to ensure projects are completed on time and within the set budget.

Your Impact:

• Direct and coordinate production of construction documents and specifications in compliance with PBK standards
• Organize and direct the architectural and/or engineering teams to execute the work in an orderly and timely manner
• Ensure that project meets the budget goals and schedules set by the client
• Coordinate with government agencies/utility companies and resolve plan check and approval issues with the agencies
• Direct, organize, and mentor junior staff with the responsibility of overseeing their assignments
• Support Project Architect, Production Director, and/or Client Executive in supervision of project staff
• Work with Project Architect to establish project budget and schedule.

Here's What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Architecture License
• 5 + years of professional experience is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Revit
• Strong customer service, organizational, and English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of building codes and the ability to ensure compliance
