Visit our YouTube Channel or the links below:As a Design Enablement your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Collaborates with designers, researchers, engineers, and business leaders to test the effectiveness of hypotheses, solutions, products or features.Serves as a technical bridge and liaison between user experience (UX), engineering, and product teams.Drives iterative prototype design, development, and validation processes to understand existing and future user needs and the feasibility of existing solutions, products or features.Define initial prototype requirements and iteratively improves prototypes based on UX research and team input.Applies cross functional knowledge of design and software development to identify and build tools and platforms that increase the efficiency of taking ideas and concepts to fruition.Provides perspective on, and develops solutions, that are inclusive comprehending various contexts of use and abilities of users.Develops technical content describing prototype setup and usage and works with technical writers to document samples and tutorials that make use of prototype. Troubleshoots technical user experience issues, isolates and root causes technical production issues.Qualifications:Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:Master's Degree or a PhD in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or any STEM related field of study and 8+ years of relevant experience.Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
