 Digital Productivity & Automation Advisory Lead

 Position Description:

Our Intelligent Automation Advisory team is seeking a team member that has a strong background in Intelligent Process Automation (low/no code, RPA, intelligent data processing, process mining) and is passionate about enabling business users to become citizen developers. Our advisors are thought leaders and catalysts, but they are so much more. You will be working alongside our clients to develop their portfolio, build capabilities, risk management and governance to deliver automation and citizen development programs. You will advise and drive the implementation of best practices, opportunity generation and assessment and leverage organizational change approaches to drive adoption and outcome management across business functions.

What you will do:

  • Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence with their automation programs and empower employees through citizen development. Enhance creativity and innovation by working across teams, facilitating workshops, and bridging technical and business perspectives.
  • Scale Programs: Assist clients in scaling Automation and/or citizen development initiatives across the enterprise, driving significant operational improvements, scoping, planning, managing, and monitoring projects, with the proper discipline around documentation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Operationalize: Guide clients in operationalizing automation and citizen development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Provide mentorship and ensure successful adoption and implementation.
  • Best Practices: Disseminate automation and citizen development best practices in a structured, repeatable way. These may include ideation, managing opportunities, delivering solutions, and ensuring practices address risk management and control frameworks.

What you will bring:

  • Intelligent Automation Experience: Proven experience with Intelligent Automation and, vendors, tools and their application in business processes.
  • Citizen Development experience: Ideally you have experience with citizen development utilizing Automation technology, or Advanced Microsoft technologies, e.g. PowerBI
  • Organizational Change Management: Strong ability to drive change with a focus on citizen development adoption. Keen eye and creativity on how to engage with people at all levels to enable adoption across an enterprise. Be a catalyst for clients to help them create the future of how they will work tomorrow by working with them through the steps needed to make that future a reality.
  • Leadership: Demonstrable leadership capabilities in guiding teams through technological advancements. Strong program & project management skills, ability to manage a program through all stages of scaling. Ability to critically think through challenges to provide creative solutions. Team player who can work across all levels to deliver outcomes.
  • Critical Thinking: Strength in breaking down ambiguous, high-level goals into executable steps. Ability to develop collaborative relationships with clients and across teams to ensure alignment of goals, an inclusive working environment, and a solution mindset that helps bring all along the journey to achieve results and desired change.
  • Transform Strategy to Action: Results oriented mindset that focuses on creating results. Must have the flexibility to be hands-on and drive results as well as lead teams and influence stakeholders. Ability and willingness to be hands-on with clients to develop, create and implement process, tools, and methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to flex messaging for stakeholders at all levels. i.e. creating documentation, executive communication, general enterprise messaging through multiple channels and formats, etc.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
