THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Clerk 1 you will assist in the daily operations of Housing and Redevelopment Programs by fostering communication, processing mail, maintaining accurate files, posting payments to accounts, preparing work orders for repairs, and receiving and directing phone calls and visitors. Duties also include updating applicant and client information in files and assisting in application processing, move-ins, move-outs, and transfers.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment.
  • Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
