Description:
This job opening is for a Project Support Analyst. In this role this person will be accountable for tracking all spend approval, PO creation, and invoicing for the EOL project. The EOL project is an annual project is designed to replace one sixth of the LAN and WLAN equipment at our sites each year. The candidate will manage the spend folder creation, they will then create the needed purchase orders and ensure everything received and invoiced in the purchasing system (Coupa). They will use all this data to help forecast the overall program spend in alignment with the budget.
- Track all spend
- Create purchase orders for equipment and ensure everything received and invoiced correctly in the purchasing system (Coupa).
- Manage overall program spend spreadsheet and report out on program budget as required.
- Will interact with the Program manager, team members from accounting, purchasing, and the site support team.
