About this job

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with previous experience in IT hardware troubleshooting, first level support, imaging, hardware break/fix, Intune, and Active Directory to join our clients' team... a supply chain management leader with a presence in 25 countries.

This is a 6 month contract-to-hire-role.

Hybrid schedule: 4 days/week on-site in Portland, OR, and one day remote.

Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Support

  • First-class IT support for client users in a global follow-the-sun support model.
  • Manage requests for support and assistance in the client's ticketing system.
  • Receive, respond, and resolve issues for the users in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Work as a resource with other IT team members on various projects.

End User Interactions

  • Be a resource for IT training opportunities directed towards the client's end user community.
  • Execute new user inductions for new client team members.
  • Assist in the deployment of new equipment.
  • Be a friendly, welcoming face of IT to the company.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience working with business users in-person and remotely.
  • Strong work ethic and focus towards exemplary customer service.
  • An analytical approach to identifying issues and solutions.
  • Proactive, organized, and ale to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent team working skills.
  • Ability to learn about the people, processes, and systems in use in the client's environment, and apply to the position.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Must be willing to submit pre-employment, continuing random background, drug and MVR screenings.
