Systems Administrator / Service Management - Part-time

Description:

Flagship defines this position as a Tier 2 Systems Administrator. This individual will be an individual contributor that will own the systems and systems administrative job functions. A strong technical aptitude and level of experience is required. This person will own the systems that Flagship houses internally and are not owned by their MSP. They will be responsible for service deliverables, remote management, and back-up & restore. They will manage the Azure AD, as well as Flagship's collaborative platforms such as Teams and SharePoint.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. While the day-to-day job duties are acting as an individual contributor, this role will evolve to managerial-level position This person will not be a people manager, but a vendor manager that exceeds in overseeing the Flagship between Flagship and it's outsourced partners.

Proven experience navigating ambiguous environments is necessary to succeed in this role. Flagship does not have enterprise processes or procedures; things can change and pivot very quickly. This person will need to be extremely adaptable.
