About this job

Description:

Will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and assisting them with any account related questions. Calls could consist of the following: general questions, taking payments, billing, power outages, establishing/disconnecting services, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service/call center experience.

*College degree s highly preferred*

Some college will be considered.

Experience working in the Utility industry/sector is a plus (i.e. Energy)

Ability to provide or proven track record of excellent customer service
