Mortgage Servicing Specialist - Part-time

TEKsystems is currently seeking candidates for SCRA Specialist positions in the loan servicing department of a fortune 100 credit union!

This is a hybrid position, which will require a mixture of onsite and remote days.

Description:

To review and process request for interest rate reductions based on the service member civil right act (SCRA).

Responsible to serve members by answering SCRA and mortgage related inquires and questions pertaining to the credit unions mortgage products, loans and credit cards.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of recent admin/customer service experience in an office setting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and great data entry skills
• Strong written, oral, and telephone communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours between 8AM-6:30PM
