Experience: Must have hotel front desk experience and be tech savvy

HireOne is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to join a growing and dynamic team! 

 

Job Description: 

• Must be fluent in Spanish!
• Efficiently drive customer and guest satisfaction by providing customer service
• Provide excellent customer service, providing assistance to customers and guests on a wide variety of requests and issues
• Handle customer complaints with empathy, finding quick and effective solutions
• Receive, store, organize, or deliver luggage, mail, or other goods according to local standard
• Comply with the spirit and letter of Equal Opportunity Housing and Fair Housing law
• Adhere to highly formal rules of etiquette in a professional setting
• Operate technology systems as needed
• Make recommendations for restaurants and entertainment based on a detailed understanding of the neighborhood
• Make reservations and book entertainment
