We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to join our team as a Permanent Vice President of Finance. This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a rapidly growing company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and driving financial performance. Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the financial management of the organization, including the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle management (RCM), including healthcare accounting, audit, tax, and revenue recognition.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Manage the organization's cash flow, ensuring adequate funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
  • Oversee the management of payables and receivables to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement a robust internal audit program to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in healthcare accounting, revenue cycle management, audit, tax, and revenue recognition.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and procedures, including the creation and management of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cash flow, including payables and receivables.
  • Understanding and knowledge of GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
