Switchboard Operator (3pm-midnight Shift) - Part-time

TEKsystems is hiring Switchboard Operators for a hospital in Indianapolis!

Pay: $16/hr

Duties:

• 250+ inbound calls/day
• Greets customer via telephone
• Handles any and all calls that come through on the hospitals 1-800 line
• Answers questions regarding hours, locations, personal, etc.
• Transfers phone calls to correct area
• Pages physician's on behalf of patients

Requirements:

• 1+ year of steady employment in a customer service related role (receptionist, front desk, etc)
• High caliber of customer service (professionalism, polite)
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
