Medical Practice Representative - Part-time

TEKsystems in partnership with leading healthcare client in search of a Medical Practice Representative!

Description:

• Performs registration and scheduling of outpatient appointments, charge entry, collection of co-pays and medical records functions.
• May perform referrals.
• Optimizes facility and professional collections.
• Pulls and refiles records, files loose reports and other documents in the records, performs file maintenance in the filing area.
• Processes release of medical records information.
• Answers telephone inquiries.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
