Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hour: 36

Need to flex 8/10/12H as needed.

Must have Apheresis experience along with dialysis.

1 day of call every 7 days w/weekend call rotation .Prior exp. in large teaching fac. req.Must have experience in Acute unit working with ver sick patients.

No block schedules for any reason.

Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
