Sales Administrator - Gifting Brand in Jericho, NY

Our client, a popular gifting brand, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team on a contract basis.

This is a temp-to-perm hybrid role out of Jericho, NY (Long Island).

Responsibilities:

• Pitch updated business plans to in network shops and support them through the updated process
• Cultivate relationships with business partners
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Act as the point of contact for business partners and manage any inquiries
• Maintain business plans and track client communications
• Update records in the internal database
• Develop weekly recap reports for the sales team
• Attend internal meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years+ experience within sales, admin, or business operations.
• Must be skilled with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
• Must work and communicate well with others – peers, managers, external associates.
