Position: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (Contract) Location: Belle Chasse, Louisiana Job Type: Contract, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address the specific needs and goals of each student.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to student support.
• Providing therapy services in individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Louisiana.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a school-based setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
