Job Description

Job Description

We are a mobile pediatric physical therapy practice. Our mission is to provide a more individualized and therapeutic experience for children of all ages and abilities. Whether it be to improve comfort, protect immunocompromised individuals, or decrease family burden, any child would benefit from in-home care.

Our (small, but mighty!) practice has seen steady growth during the last year and is now beyond what our current team can provide. With that said, we are ecstatic to be expanding our team to help meet demand!

We are seeking a pediatric physical therapist to provide in-home therapy focused in and around San Mateo and Santa Clara counties.

This W2 employee position is pay-per-visit with an expectation of ~15-25 sessions per week. Therapists have flexibility and independence with deciding their own schedule and hours, allowing for great work-life balance. In addition, there are no productivity standards. New hires will have a gradual ramp-up of their caseload.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with the pediatric population

  • Comfortable with all age groups (e.g. infants, toddlers, teens)

  • Comfortable with a variety of diagnoses (e.g. autism, developmental delay, torticollis, genetic and neurological conditions, etc.)

  • Able to travel to patients' homes (in and around San Mateo and Santa Clara counties)

  • Driver's license and auto insurance

  • Able to manage own schedule and appointments

  • Comfortable with modern technology (e.g. Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

  • Pass a background check

  • Up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccination

  • BLS Certification

  • CA Physical Therapy License

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
