Join Our Team as a Maintenance Tech - Day Shift!

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for an exciting opportunity with competitive pay and great benefits? Look no further!

$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS and starting pay of $30/hr

Maintenance Tech position in Franklin County, MO.

Shift: 6:30am to 5:00pm (Monday through Thursday) - Enjoy a four-day workweek with day shifts!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee performance of production line, execute runtime PMs, and conduct basic downtime PMs.
  • Safely and efficiently carry out changeovers on basic equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Assist in maintaining highest quality and attainment goals on the production line.
  • Perform systematic maintenance tasks on the production line, adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
  • Serve as a Job Trainer for changeover areas of production.
  • Identify and communicate underlying problems, determining root cause and suggesting cost-saving ideas.
  • Maintain a clean workplace according to 5S methodology and SOP's.
