As part of their Water Team in Greenville, SC, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Water/Wastewater projects and lead a team of talented professionals.

What you'll do:
- Develop civil designs for new and existing water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Design water and wastewater distribution and collection systems
- Manage a team and coordinate schedules and budgets
- Actively participate in client meetings and serve as a subject matter expert
- Recruit top talent for the Civil team
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and fees
- Mentor and provide professional development for team members
- Coordinate with other design and support disciplines
- Plan, manage, and execute civil projects
- Ensure delivery of quality work products adhering to company standards

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 7+ years of civil site design experience with 2+ years in project/team leadership
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Autodesk software
- Understanding of multi-disciplinary practices for water/wastewater projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Attributes:
- PE license in multiple states
- Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering
- 15+ years of civil engineering design experience with 5+ years in project/team leadership
- Experience with Bluebeam and MS Office products
- Cost estimation experience
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley software, and Innovyze software
- Good relationships with clients in our service area
- Experience giving presentations for clients and professional organizations
- Strong teaching and coaching skills
- NCEES Registration
- Storm water design experience
