Job Description
Aerotek is hiring an HR Admin in Post Falls, ID.
What you will be doing…
•Answer phones and provide general office support
•Assist with onboarding of employees and new hire orientation
•Support the HR team with day-to-day tasks and upcoming initiatives
•Work with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of quality
•Act as concierge and greet customers, vendors, and visitors – creating visitor badges and intercepting those without an appointment
•Manage conference room calendar
•Assist with booking travel arrangements and car services for all out-of-town visitors and guests
•Keep breakroom coffee and utensils stocked
•Make catering arrangements for company meetings and events
•Maintain front office expense report & submission
•Manage vendors for facility needs, such as janitorial services and office supplies deliveries
What you have…
•Self-starter work ethic
•Excellent customer service skills
•Associate degree or higher-level college degree
•2 –3 years administrative experience (HR experience not required)
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint
•Experience using SAP Concur for travel arrangements (preferred)
