Job DescriptionCompany Description
Position: Quality Inspector Location: Westborough Shift: 1st Shift Payrate: $24/hr
Responsibilities:
- Conducting visual and mechanical inspections to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
- Reviewing customer drawings, ISO 9001:2015, and AS9100 requirements to ensure compliance.
- Performing various types of inspections, including first piece, in-process, incoming, and final inspections.
- Conducting internal audits and preparing reports on materials, processes, and products.
- Utilizing measuring instruments and techniques to ensure conformance with our quality standards.
- Utilizing ERP systems, create documents in Excel, and develop inspection programs using Micronite software.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 requirements.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments and techniques for inspections.
- Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems, Excel, and inspection software such as Micronite.
