BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Printer Break/fix Technician for an opportunity in Manhattan, New York, NY USA!

Position Title: Printer Break/fix Technician 

Location: Manhattan, New York, NY USA

Anticipated Start Date: 05-01-2024

Expected Duration: 24 Plus Months (Contract)

Job Type: [FULLTIME (>=30 HOURS WEEKLY], [CONTRACT], [ON-SITE]

Pay Range: $22/hr to $23.50/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

  • This is onside resident role. Mainly working with Printers and helping onsite customers with print.
  • This work has anything to do with printer issues. If the printer breaks, they need to fix it and figure out what is wrong.
  • Some issue might be simple from a manager not knowing a basic issue.
  • This is a customer facing role. So not only printer experience but someone who can be professional in front of the client and work with people onsite who are having printer issues either hardware issues or possible software issues.
  • Candidate will be onsite in NY. They could have to travel to another close location but that will be very rare.
