We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Head Sushi Chef with BOH/Kitchen Manager operations experience and the ability to teach and develop the team in the art of sushi with our growing brand on the Florida Treasure Coast. Come Grow With Us!

Head Sushi Chef Requirements

• 3+ years of Kitchen Operations and People Management experience in a scratch kitchen
• High level of skill in Sushi production and knowledge of Japanese Sushi techniques
• Build, train, coach, and mentor - strong and positive people management skills
• Understands the importance of operational results: Guest satisfaction and Sales growth
• Hands-on experience with ordering/receiving, menu creation, scheduling, food cost/labor cost control, and inventories
• Excellent communication with team and guests
• Run it like you own it mentality!
