Production Manager

Production Manager – 3rd Shift
Sunday – Thursday 11:00PM – 7:30AM
$80-95K DOE

We're seeking a driven and experienced Production Manager to lead a committed team through the night shift. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for ensuring safety and quality standards are met, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate plans and goals to the team, providing guidance and support to achieve them.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to safe practices and procedures, prioritizing the safety of all staff members.
• Manage quality/GMP results and ensure completion of necessary paperwork.
• Lead productivity improvements and resource allocation.
• Identify and address training gaps, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
• Develop team members to foster continuous improvement and accountability.
• Maintain positive relationships with Union leadership and members and resolve labor issues professionally.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Strong leadership skills with initiative and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to set standards, hold others accountable, and strategize to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective prioritization and deadline management abilities.
