What will you be doing?
- Supporting the Accounting team as a Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk.
- Responsible for AP (matching/batching/coding), reconciliations, check runs, bank deposits, spreadsheet management, and much more!
- Month/year end, GL, journal entries, etc.
- Detailed expense management
- HR support; onboarding, benefits, additional HR duties
- Support various offices - small teams, so everyone helps out!
This role has tons of growth opportunities as well - it is a VERY busy work environment!
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Bank reconciliations experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
- Data entry experience
- Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Notable analytical, quantitative and social skills
- Vow to meet business deadlines
- Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
