Job Description: As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities, ensuring they have access to a quality education. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique learning needs and goals.
• Differentiating instruction and using evidence-based teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
• Collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create inclusive classroom environments and promote academic and social-emotional growth for all students.
• Conducting ongoing assessments, monitoring student progress, and adjusting instructional strategies as needed to ensure student success.
• Providing direct instruction, support, and interventions to students with disabilities in various academic and behavioral areas.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress, services provided, and munication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid Arizona teaching license/certification in Special Education.
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent munication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Dedication to creating inclusive and equitable learning environments that meet the needs of all students.
