What You'll Do:

• Providing safe and timely preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing plant type of environment.
• Understands and follows safety policies and procedures. Performs all tasks safely and does not take risks. Additionally, identifies safety risks and works to reduce them.
• Creates mechanical layouts and drawings to help in preventative/predictive maintenance tasks to eliminate equipment breakdowns and failures.
• Communicates effectively with operations personnel to identify and resolve abnormal/degraded equipment conditions that could negatively impact safety, quality, or productivity.
• Hands on in, troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and maintains equipment and machinery used.
• Installs/troubleshoots/repairs hydraulic and pneumatic actuators.
• Rebuilds various parts/equipment.

What We Need from You:

• Strong mechanical background and aptitude.
• Mult-Craft Experience – electrical and maintenance understanding ideal.
• Equipment/process engineering experience.
• Can create mechanical layouts and drawings.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Special Equipment and Tools: GK's, IP Furnaces, PLC Prints, AutoCAD.
• Safety Oriented policy and procedures understanding.
• Team Player who Collaborates well with others.
• Ability to be hands on.
• Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering Desired).
