What Will You Do as an Accounts Payable Clerk?

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will:

• Invoice Processing and Data Entry: Identify appropriate vendor, GL account, and billing string for processed invoices.
• Issue Resolution and Auditing: Perform Invoice Audits and address discrepancies as assigned.
• Vendor Management and Communication: Monitor AP mailboxes, respond promptly to emails, and manage vendor invitations in the Vendor Management Portal.
• Financial Reporting and Process Support: Create, key, and upload journal entries as required.

What Do We Prefer in an Accounts Payable Clerk?

• 0-3+ years of accounting/fixed assets experience or a degree in a related field.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
