We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Springville, UT. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, primarily in the areas of water, sewer, drainage, and grading. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can take on the most complex engineering challenges and find the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water, sewer, drainage, and grading.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
4. Proficient in design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.
5. Proven expertise in Land Desktop.
6. Project management and supervision skills.
7. Strong knowledge of construction and design principles.
8. Excellent mathematical, IT and analytical skills.
9. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
10. Excellent communication and team working skills.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
12. Familiarity with industry, regulatory, and departmental standards and protocols.
13. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with a keen attention to detail.
