Position: Administrative Clerk  

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: Starting pay of $18/hr (negotiable based on experience)

Experience: Previous administrative support experience required; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred

Education: High school diploma or GED  

Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking an Administrative Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!  

 

Job Description: 

• Ensure effectiveness of department
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate department/employee
• Arrange meeting logistics and book travel accommodation as needed (locations, food and beverage, materials etc)
• Write and respond to routine correspondence
• Manage the schedules of one or more professionals
• Order office supplies
• Proofread documents for grammar, spelling and syntax improvements
• Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Take meeting minutes
• Conduct analysis of data in spreadsheet software; submit and reconcile expense reports
