Position: Brand and Content Marketing Manager (MUST LIVE IN GEORIGA)

Reports To: VP, Strategic Business Operations

Location: IBEX Office, Remote or Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm EST (Full-Time)

Starting Pay: 60k - 65k

Job Summary: Results-Oriented Team Player! Responsible for leading engagement and reputation programs to build awareness, shape perception, generate interest, and influence preference by targeting buyers, customers, and influencers across the globe. The Corporate Brand and Content Marketing Manager will create a consistent, recognizable global position for IBEX by developing an online and offline content marketing strategy and a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy. The Brand and Content Marketing Manager will gain the respect of the entire IBEX team, vendors, customers, and partners. A solid work ethic will define them with strong personal and professional integrity. A confident and artful verbal and written communicator committed to IBEX's vision, mission, and goals.

Qualifications (Required):

  • MUST LIVE CURRENTLY IN GEORIGA
  • Minimum of 2-4 Years in all 4 areas CORPORATE Designing & Management of: 1) Strategic Brand Marketing 2) Marketing Online Programs (including social media) 3) Print Marketing Materials 4) Various Marketing Programs Events (REQUIRED)
  • Results-oriented, solution-focused team player with a problem-solving and positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent writing and editing skills to craft messages and headlines, ad copy, effective CTAs, etc.
  • Strategic rigor, ability to think through and solve complex issues. Experience in developing creative content that aligns with brand strategy.
  • A skilled professional with marketing know-how to plan and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to deliver results and drive business growth
  • Passionate about diversity and has strong business acumen and experience in the technology, government, and healthcare markets
  • Accountable experience for KPI tracking and reporting on Marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI
  • Able to analyze data and trends to present, discuss and validate revenue opportunities with leadership and sales teams
  • Experience in to eliciting cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departmental and external partners
  • Must have the ability to work in the United States

Education (Required):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline

Responsibilities (Overview):

  • Responsible for developing and governance of the brand strategy, including corporate messaging and positioning.
  • Shape IBEX IT Business Experts, IBEX Ed, and Certifiably Diverse brand identity creating brand and style guidelines, storytelling strategies and assuring the correct brand usage worldwide.
  • Lead PR, media, and content agencies or contractors, building strong working relationships and acting as a day-to-day liaison
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to repurpose content across platforms and social media channels to build brand familiarity and generate demand
  • Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables, including writing and editing newsletters, blogs, and miscellaneous internal and external communications.
  • Oversee full management of all brand assets for the IBEX product portfolio, including Certifiably Diverse, including managing vendors to collateral, videos, white papers, and other marketing materials
  • Facilitate brand and community engagement through the use of relevant materials to be used to promote the portfolio. For example, create and distribute relevant and current

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job requires work to be completed in a laboratory setting using standard office, medical and laboratory equipment. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.

APPEARANCE: All personnel shall be attired in business casual clothing for daily work. Attire worn should always ensure employees safety from working conditions (long pants, appropriate shirts and close toe shoes)
