Job Opportunity: Senior Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Processing: Handle company payroll efficiently and accurately.
  2. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and ensuring competitiveness.
  3. Leave of Absence Management: Administer leave of absence programs in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  4. Performance Management: Coach managers on performance and talent management, administer reviews and surveys using our HRIS.
  5. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead staffing processes, from recruitment needs assessment to onboarding.
  6. Safety Committee Leadership: Ensure a safe workplace environment by leading the safety committee.
  7. HRIS Management: Become the HRIS knowledge center, assisting staff with system navigation and inquiries.
  8. Employee Relations: Handle employment-related inquiries and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  9. Compliance: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations at all levels.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
  11. Culture and Engagement: Collaborate with company leaders to foster a positive company culture and high employee engagement.
  12. Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake other duties as required to support the HR department and company goals.
