Job Opportunity: Senior Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Handle company payroll efficiently and accurately.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and ensuring competitiveness.
- Leave of Absence Management: Administer leave of absence programs in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Performance Management: Coach managers on performance and talent management, administer reviews and surveys using our HRIS.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead staffing processes, from recruitment needs assessment to onboarding.
- Safety Committee Leadership: Ensure a safe workplace environment by leading the safety committee.
- HRIS Management: Become the HRIS knowledge center, assisting staff with system navigation and inquiries.
- Employee Relations: Handle employment-related inquiries and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations at all levels.
