As our temporary Admin Services Office Clerk for the Candidate Services division, you will assist candidates with filing for County candidates. This includes providing customer service, checking in guests, and scheduling appointments. You will support the candidate filing process by accepting paperwork, checking forms for completion, and maintaining organized files of accepted forms. This position is responsible for scanning documents and sorting files digitally to back-up hard copy records. You will also count signatures and perform data entry into various systems. This position helps candidates and other stakeholders navigate the candidate filing process.

We Require
Six months of clerical and/or customer service experience
High school diploma or GED
A combination of post-secondary education and/orjob-related experience may substitute for theminimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
Job Contributions
Assist with candidate filing
Provide customer service to candidates and candidate representatives
Accept and verify completion of candidate nomination forms
File paperwork and update lists of forms for each file to maintain organized records
Count signatures and perform data entry
Scan and file digital records
Working Conditions
Full-time/Temporary/Overtime is mandatory during the election cycle
Must be a registered voter or have the ability to become a registered voter in the State of Arizona
Must pass an applicable background screening
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and exercise upper extremity repetitive motion
Ability to lift floor-to-shoulder and shoulder-to-waist a minimum of 25 pounds and carry for 100 feet
Ability to push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds for 200 feet
