Title: Drug/Alcohol Testing Representative

Location: Onsite - Jacksonville

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm ET

Salary range: $17.72-$22.15 per hour, depending upon experience.

What work will you perform?

Ensures that our Random, Pre-qualification and Post Accident drug and alcohol testing program meets DOT regulations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and administrative duties assisting with drug/alcohol testing questions via phone, email or in person.
  • Adhere to all policies regarding confidentiality.
  • Obtain, process, and maintain all drug/alcohol testing results and related paperwork per FMCSR Part 40 and 382.
  • Work with various third-party contractors to administer drug/alcohol testing.
  • Comfortable public speaking and hosting trainings with teams throughout the organization.
  • Post results to iSeries.
  • Handle escalated calls.
  • Run and distribute lists for random testing.
  • Monitor random drug and alcohol collections.
  • Train representatives throughout the company
  • Audit and pay invoices for drug/alcohol tests.
  • Ensure all new operators receive Substance Abuse Training
  • Provide references on former Owner/Operators to other carriers.
  • Process all incoming mail.
  • Notify and cancel operators.
  • Create monthly reports.
  • Send supplies as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities requested by management.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 6 months administrative experience.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Data entry skills with 100% accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
