Field Operations Manager

Supervise the Underground Facility Maintenance, Construction, and Installation/Repair technicians within Maine offices. This position may involve technical guidance to support the customer service requirements associated with CCI's products, services and procedures. Other responsibilities would include the supervision of Safety Practices, Quality Control Procedures and the management of CCI's Performance Metrics that support the operational, financial and productive responsibilities of the associates.

• Supervise associates' daily workloads within Oracle Field Service Cloud in conjunction with CCI's Dispatch and Resource Center.
• Manage time reporting within PeopleSoft.
• Position will require weekend duty coverage on a rotation schedule with the other Supervisors within the turf.
• Manage associates within the guidelines of the local CBA.
• Position requires professional interaction with multiple internal and external support groups, on a daily basis, to best serve CCI customers.
• Supervise associates including responsibility for selection, training, and performance assessment.
• Manages more than 15 Bargained for Associates on a daily basis, sometimes more if covering for other supervisors.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years' related experience, including 1 year of managerial experience.
