About this job

Administers and coordinates talent management programs including but not limited to performance management, employee engagement & retention, career pathing, and/or competency management. Serves as a center of practice specialist internally to division partners to ensure the effective delivery of talent management programs with the goal of implementing talent solutions that enhance the effectiveness of leaders and employees.

Position Compensation Range:

$67,000.00 - $111,000.00

Primary Accountabilities
* Responsible for the administration, and effectiveness of existing talent programs including but not limited to performance management, employee engagement, & retention, career pathing, and/or competency management.
* Manages project resources as well as vendor relationships as it relates to execution of talent programs.
* Partners with metrics/analytics staff to acquire, manipulate and transform data from various data sources in order to validate program success, to ensure desired outcomes within the business, and to solidify business cases for changing program guidelines or processes.
* Consults with division partners to implement programs across the organization, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
* Serves as project manager responsible for leading projects. Develops project plans and determines overall project direction and timeline including outlining key milestones and deadlines, implementation dates, manages project risks, manages project resources, and is responsible for applicable reporting.
* Researches industry best practice and effectively balances it with business needs to identify opportunities for program improvement.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
* Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
* Demonstrated experience managing and leading projects.
* Solid knowledge and understanding of talent programs including but not limited to performance management, employee engagement, & retention, career pathing, and/or competency management.
* Solid knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.
