Customer Service Representative

*** CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ***

Great opportunity with a stable company! This is NOT a high call volume position, this is a HEAVY email and customer service position.

Daily Duties:

-Assist with ordering vehicles, assist with anything customer service related

-Answer a high volume of customer EMAILS - Must be able to think outside of the box and problem solve

-Must be comfortable making a few outbound calls following up with customers on inquiries

-Create vehicle selectors, process billing changes, generate reports, insurance card distribution and driver data changes

Skills & Qualifications:

-2+ years of customer service experience (Office)

-Strong written and email communication

-Proficient with computers and MS office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel

-Achieved a HS Diploma

Pay:

$18-$20/hr

Hours:

Monday-Friday

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
