Software Developer

Primary Responsibilities will include building, updating, and testing software systems that interface with our various back-end systems (e.g. NetSuite) including end-user support. Responsibilities include:

• Modifying software to fix errors, adapt to new database configuration, adapt to new core software functionality, and/or improve performance
• Software programming and documentation development
• System testing and validation/quality assurance
• Interacting with users/departments regarding requirements and system deficiencies/bugs
• Coordinating with external vendors on software development/interface projects
• Analyzing current systems to recommend and plan upgrades or new software projects

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of hand-on experience with software development and support
• Microsoft .NET and SQL Server experience and plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI or other analytics platform a plus
• Knowledge of NetSuite a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365 required
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
• Good research skills and attention to detail
