Don Tipps - State Farm Agency, located in Amarillo, TX, has an immediate opening for a team member. We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person!


We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Your primary role will be providing excellent customer service to prospective and current clients as well as client retention.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and focus on client retention.
