Job Posting: R&D Engineer III (Hybrid Role)
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Pay Range: $65-70/hr
What’s the Job?
- Lead the design of implantable medical device systems, translating user needs into technical requirements.
- Develop and document system architecture, guiding hardware/firmware/software development and verification.
- Apply critical thinking to solve complex system interaction challenges.
- Create comprehensive design documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring groundbreaking devices to market.
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor's (5+ years experience) or Master's (3+ years experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and testing embedded systems and/or implantable medical devices.
- Expertise in interpreting and developing system requirements and specifications.
- Experience working with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, data acquisition devices).
- Proficiency in coding languages like Python, C/C++, Java, or Assembly (a plus).
