Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Our client In Poughkeepsie, NY is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Buffing & Polishing team, supporting production. The ideal candidate will have construction or stone fabrication experience and must be able to lift up to 75 pounds which will align successfully in the organization.

 Job Title: Machine Operator- Polisher / Buffing

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay Range: $20 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Assist fabricators in production
• Use electric hand tools (sanders/Grinders)
• Polish concrete products that need to be shipped out.
• Assist carpenters with lifting (75 pounds) wood 
• Light carpentry/hammering nails on wood.

What’s Needed?

• Construction experience
• Physical strength to lift 75 pounds
• Experience using hand & electric tools 
• Assist in moving product
• Other production duties as needed
