General Manager of Operations

As a General Manager of Operations you will lead all aspects of business results for multiple plant operations. This includes guiding commercial and operational activities to be in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a forward-looking, agile leader that has experiences seeing big projects through to completion.

Candidates for the GMO position must have the desire to assume greater executive-level leadership responsibility, and be willing to commit to frequent travel to our HQ Location in Minster, Ohio and other operations locations.

Every day as the General Manager of Operations you will...

• Collaborate with peers and shared support services to ensure the success of company-wide strategies and goals.
• Manage largescale commercial and operational projects which support company goals.
• Mentor and coach senior operational leaders to maximize performance and build bench strength.
• Ensure the success of multiple operations in safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Look for, and take action on new opportunities both internally and externally.
