Position Title: Server

Reports to: Management

Summary: Provide exceptional, perfectly-crafted Guest experiences every visit through personal interaction and execution of service steps. Be an instrumental team member by relentlessly committing to being clean, fast, and friendly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding our guests through our menu, while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all our food and beverage offerings.
• Take pride in providing timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to ensure our guests feel valued and well cared for
• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests.
• Be a team player with a “can-do” attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction.
• Assist with cost controls of inventory, stocking, and pars

• Quickly clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables
• Offer our Loyalty Program to every guest, every time
• Make our guests feel welcome by engaging with them and creating a lively and fun atmosphere

Education & Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Alcohol certification and ServSafe is a plus
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts

Working Conditions:

• 75% Operate cash register, Point of Sale system, and cash handling
• 75% Reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and lift up to 50 pounds
