General Sales Manager

This role is a pivotal part of the company, combining leadership, strategic planning, and expert market insights to foster growth and excel in customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Inspire and lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Planning: Craft and execute strategies to boost market share and drive revenue.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to spot opportunities and steer product positioning.
- Product Mastery: Keep up with industry movements and competitor activities, providing your team with essential training and support.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver forecasts and reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop team members to ensure their growth and performance.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales management, particularly in the On-Highway Truck, and Trailer industries, or similar fields. Refrigeration a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years in sales team leadership, with a track record of securing significant business deals.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Financial savvy, with a knack for setting and achieving financial goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Must be willing to travel regularly.
