Happy Daz in Celina, OH is now hiring hourly supervisors to join our team! Starting pay range is $15-17/hour and is based on availability and experience. If you have experience in customer service and have a passion for leading a crew, we have a perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities will include but, may not be limited to:
- Supporting the management team in a supervisory capacity by filling opening and closing shifts and performing management-level functions:
- Supporting crew members at the POS
- Supporting as needed in all positions throughout the restaurant
- Making contact with dine-in, and drive-thru guests
- Prioritizing drive time, direct labor, waste control
- Coaching crew as needed on attendance, uniforms, prep, portioning, product rotation, date labelling, and cleaning and sanitation
- Handling guest complaints using GRACE to provide a quality customer experience
- Participating in scheduled store meetings upon request
- Leading the team through example by upholding company policies, service standards, and health department regulations
- Assisting the management team with training and cross-training processes, following up regularly with trainers and trainees to promote consistency and cohesion
- Providing insight into employee performance to assist the management team with employee evaluations
- Using positive reinforcement with team members and expressing gratitude regularly to boost store morale
- Offering constructive feedback to staff members in the form of first-level disciplinary action; reserving write-ups and progressive discipline for the managers
- Promoting successful store communication through regular use of company email, shift recaps, Hot Schedules messages, and posted notices
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old
- 1-2 years minimum customer service experience, cross-training preferred
- Must have open availability and be willing to work a changing schedule
- Record of exceptional attendance, reliability, and scheduling flexibility
- Attention to detail and desire to lead others by example
- Ability to communicate effectively with hourly team members and managers
Work Environment:
- The position is part to full-time, hourly
- The position will report to the General Manager
