Recruitment:
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and techniques.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and networking events.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Development:
Assist in the development and implementation of talent development programs, including onboarding, training, and performance management.
Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate training sessions to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
Support career development initiatives, including mentorship programs and succession planning.
Provide guidance and support to employees seeking opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and recommend improvements as needed.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to recruitment, training, and employee development activities.
Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and talent development activities.
Handle employee inquiries and requests related to recruitment, training, and career development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting and talent development preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
